it's very nice website and very informative with updating and adding other subjects to it well be one of the most visiting web by all the otolaryngologist surgerions. dear dr more than once I express my intrest on the otological surgery and particepate one of the course in your hospital but unfortuntlly your reply message either not reached to me it be to late to reply it. please sir really I want to be one in the of surgeon which stand beside you and put my picture on your web site  and say this one of the young doctors who come from far west to your hospital to learn. our problem really i don't know how to reach your hospital because your hospital not in the capital,please guide me
