How I do it.

Harvesting Temporalis Fascia Graft: An Easy and time saving technique.
Extended tympanomeatal flap tympanoplasty for subtotal and total perforations.
Inside-out mastoidectomy for cholesteatoma.
Mastoid Cavity obliteraiton using Karnataka flap (Posteriorly based perichondrial and periosteal flap with Conchal cartilages).
Chitradurga flap (Perichondrial flap with cartilage) for transmastoid closure of CSF leaks.
Making biological PORP and TORP using autologus cartilage.
Anterior tympnotomy and tympanoplasty for adhesive otitis media.
Total Replacement technique tympanoplasty
